WORKSHOP IN AVIGNON(FRANCE)
- Yin Yang Procession in Avignon Festival -

The first four days, after a inside practice in the noon,
we went out to the street for dancing in the evening.
In summer, in the south France, it is very hot even in the evening,
as if it would like to absorb all our energy.

From the fifth day, we started to make the Yin Yang Procession,
in which we had danced as the various lives in the univers,
in the cycle of day and night,life and death.
Especially, our dances had been for the souls excluded or dropped out of the society,
pushed away and eliminated, or suffered from mental or physical disturbances.
We had embraced them to liberate them from the darkness and to put them in the brightness.

We danced passing in the park, through the crowd,
on the steps, in the front of charch, in the heat...

Everyone made also a solo improvisation.
